Basic rule of coilover is if it's under 500 quid there shite
most are the same kit rebranded at around 200 and it's shocking
I ran it on a 1.0 106 and it was a shit idea on my part

Most of them arent.
But then again it depends what you class as fully adjustable.
Anyway,on the likes of a small car like a Saxo,a matched Spring/Shock combo will be far better than most coilovers.
Wouldnt touch coilovers unless they had adjustable shock rebound.

from my experiance i have cheep coilovers on my astra and ride was vbad and cornering was bad etc etc. then i flog them and instal uprated springs and shockers with 25mm drop and efects were extremly good.
or buy best coilovers 500+ gbp or good springs and shocks + polybush
