Default 1.4 westcost reving?

As title says, any idea's anyone?? It doesn't do it all the time but atleast once a day. It will go to around 2500rpm and will go if you switch the car off and back on again. There are also no fault codes present.

I have the same car and mine use to do it. Try the idle air control vale. let me know how you get on.
