Default Stress Pains :(

Uni Work
Applying for Grad jobs.

These two are getting me stressed like mad, It's my final year and I'm trying so hard to do well.
For the past month I've had a terrible pain in the centre of my chest, not had the guts to see my Doctor, Paracetamols seem to help for a bit, now it's getting beyond a joke.
Started working tonight got back and I feel like death,
What should I do?

I'm worried it's something serious and what my Doctor will say.
Feels like someone is constantly stabbing me in the chest.

I think "man up" is a suitable response here.

Come on Hannah
Haz I've been trying to Man up for the last month trust me, I don't do "sick" I just fight through it.
But this is getting serious now.
I will see what I'm like in the morning if it's the same I'm gonna see my doctor.

I don't know how to cure stress, I've never been like this before, stress never usually gets to me that's why I have my doubts.

Its probably just a build up of semen around your throat and chest area

Go see Dr Ron Jeremy, he should be able to clear the blockage in no time

you'll probs get given citalopram or something to help you chill out I've recently been a prick in real life which is nothing like I used to be much more angry but it stemmed from anxiety, get it sorted sooner than later mate

For what it's worth I have potentially got bipolar or schizo but not sure yet

Fingers crossed it's not too serious for you bud

Thanks mate great response!
It sounds like just what I am getting, for the time so far it's only felt like it's swolen if you know what I mean, but now I got the occasional "stabbing" sensation like a needle is going in me, that's whats worrying me.

If it's serrious why are you asking a Saxo forum for an answer you already know?
What were you expecting?
" ohh hey I'm a Docor, eat a bowl of coco pops with you anus and you'll be right as rain!"

Kick back, collect yourself and chill out. Getting a doctor to declare you as "Stressed" should be your last resort. It will go on your health record and can come back to haunt you.
Find some time to chill out, even for an hour. Take your mind off things and you'll soon realise that the only obstacle is in your mind
Good luck buddy

Aye cheers mate,
I'm planning on rejoining the gym and I'm going to start running on weekends and that should take my mind off it.
OR
The exercise could trigger a heart attack

From a medical perspective it sounds some sort of psychiatric disorder stemming from stress, basing this on your recent behaviour online and current complaints.

Stress - bi-polar, schizophrenia etc

Hope this helps
