Default vts 206 conversion:s

heya new 2 the forum...

i curently have a phase1 vts, i paid next 2 nothing 4 it, as the underside is seriously corroded, rear suspensions hanging out, and a few other bits,

iv aslso got a 1.1pug 206, how difficult wud it be 2 drop the vts lump into the pug? i have looked all over the net 4 advice.. but nothong any help would b great

not had much experience on the 206 bay tbh, but im pretty sure some of the 206's came with vtr engines?(dont quote me on it as i may be lying here), if this is true then it shouldnt be an issue fitting a vts engine tbh

I think the only issue you'll have is getting hold of an upper engine mount that'll fit. You'll probably have to make your own.

do they not come with the J4 engine? so surely you could fit it with out alot of modification?

The 206 came with a 1.6 16v J4 engine in the XSi trim, everything you'll need can be sourced from that model.

it came in a 1.6 8v aswell so gettin any parts should be no bother talk to peugeot
