Default FairDoos - 1.1 Saxo Progress Thread!

Well, I bought a 1.1 Desire for my first car had it for a couple of months now but only recently started with the mods.

Planned Mods: -

- Even new ICE
- Lower
- New exhaust
- Smoke Rear lights
- Roof Lining
- New brakes
- de-cat
- Air filter

Possible Mods: -

- Engine conversion

Mods so fare: -

- New ICE
- Painted Steelies (2 tone)
- Air Filter
- ECU cover
- Breather Filter
- Spray Rocker
- Sprayed Mani Cover
- De-wipered
- T-Cut badges
- Sprayed Front Inserts of Lights
- Roof Lining (Pics up tomorrow)
- Steelie center caps

Thanks! Im still debating the VT kit if im honest but its just an easy way to get these horrible dints i have out as the VT Kit will cover them up

was it hard to do the steelies as I did mine with hammerite and was not impressed but thinking of spraying them now

Just a little update:-

Painted the rusty battery plate and it turned out like this..



This is what wonders a BMX hoffman bike grip does only a temp until i get a proper pipe if you wondering what the jubilees are for there to stop the kinking in the "pipe" seen someone else do it much respect for them for giving me the idea!



And this is what my engine looks like now! Sorry for the dark pictures they were taken at dusk with a Nokia C6



Next stop is new lights getting rid of them yellow things then im going to smoke my lights!
