Did 30+ hours last week 30+ this week. Not gonna complain cause I know work will cut me hours down loads and want money to spend on VTS. Got in and I should be tired, 5 hours sleep woke up at 7am and worked 7 hours tonight but I am wied awake. What's the best way of winding down tried some Horlics but I just feel sick Anyone else who works late here?
