deffintley not m3 mirrors, tbh everything u said is predictable and boring. Its pritty much a standard plan for what people consider modding a saxo to that scene. Id go away and do so more research before spending any money.

what look you going for? Cleaned, subtle, oem+,VIP, brit, euro- french, beligum etc, rat, military, hoodride? If you plan to go for what most people consider "euro" which is quite a dated version when you look at the scene abroad. Then you have to be willing to spend on decent paint job, decent suspension setup, wheels & interior. Afew unique mods and attention to detail.

All of what u've suggested has been done to death and was seen around 4-5 years ago so is dated in the same way bodykits are, unless your going to do it to a immaculate standard.

Clean and detail it! Best mod you can ever do to a car!

Then investigate making it handle better and go better rather than wasting money on tat like mirrors and white spoilers!

Carlosvt has a smooth rear bumper for sale if u wanted one

I wouldn't smooth the whole boot personally
But smooth the lock and badge holes and remove spoiler and smooth holes and also dewiper the rear would look stunning seen one like that before

Looks a good base to go euro/clean with

I reckon it'd look well good if you removed the tints and put in a white showcage to match the wheels and mirrors. I seen one on ebay last night, think its gone now unfortunately:
