Page 3: Awaiting Show Cage, General Chit Chat & A Small Bit Of Polish.

So I decided to put up a new thread with some more recent photo's!

Current Spec -

Dimma Front Grill (Not On In Picture's)
ProComp Carbon Fibre Induction Scoop (Not A Raceland Fake)
KamRacing V2 Center Pipe (Decat)
KamRacing V2 Backbox (2 1/4" With Strait Cup Tip)
6K HIDs
Apexi Dampers, Shocks & Springs Lowered 50mm All Round
Alloys Sprayed Anthracite
Uprated Vented, Drilled & Grooved Discs All Round
Heko Wing Deflectors

ProComp FTW! -

The silly car wash scratch

Things to do over the next few months -

Get that scratch sorted
Alloys resprayed (bit of curbing)
New p/s door card as someone decided to stump a fag out on the door card!

I know it seems stupid me putting a new thread up as my old one well tbh aint even that old but I'm a bit of a goon when it comes to these things

Any comment welcome and any idea's for any future mod's welcomed

Cheers for looking

Glad you decided to keep it mate.

That engine bay is looking much cleaner aha. Was never brave enough to jet wash it (did you?)

I think, some gti leathers or the blue ones. Get scratch done etc.

Cam covers yellow or blue etc. Some nice hoses and its mint.

(THEN THROTTLE BODIES)

Just thought i leave my fav picture ever here:

Yeah i did funnily enough!
My neighbour was like just go for it and so i did!

I think tbh you have hit the nail on the head mate!
Not to worried about cams ect as she's plenty quick enough for me

i think throttle bodies would be so mean but all in time XD

once I've got her looking perfect then I'll start one the engine and turn her into a road going pocket rocket!

I want her to beat your 225! But didn't seem to keep up too bad on the slip road onto the motorway ;-)

cheers for all the comments!

so i picked up my new seats (recaros out of an audi s2) today for the car and there is gonna need to be some fidling around with the brackets but i'll get them in!
also one of the seats has a burn mark where some yobo tried to set them on fire whilst they where in my mates old mk2 but for the price i wasnt gonna say no!

im not gonna be stripping out the back and getting the harnesses in as i also managed to get the rear bench and seats

ive got a photo of what the drivers side seat looks like but there in my bedroom atm so you will have to bare with me!

excuse the shite photograph but i took them on my phone with only my room light on so they aint the best!

i just think with a good clean and with that other seat restitching they would be mint!

i think just to top it off i would need some 106 GTI leather door cards

Well i took the rear bench base and it will fit but Im gonna need to take out the back pockets to the rear door cards which shouldn't be too hard ha

as for the fronts Im gonna take out the runners from a couple of front seats from a saxo up the scrappy then just get then welded on! And hey presto full set of recaros which will look amazing :-D

one of the seats needs to be reupholstered but ill get that done when i get the time, I'll probably drive about without a passengers seat till its done ha!
