Default My Posiden Blue VTR progress thread!

Already started this thread but put it in the wrong section so have started it again...

Recently bought another VTR since someone drove into the side of my last one and destroyed it!! I never really got round to modifying my last one since was spending most of my money repairing fault after fault!

My new one at the moment is near enough standard with the exception to my meshed grill, I plan on lowering it perhaps 55 at the back and 60 at the front.

i NEED new alloys, the previous owner has majorly fucked the rear ones up, must of had difficulty seeing curbs! I would ideally like some OZ superturismos in white, or maybe even some banded steelies.....but..... funds dont stretch too far at the mo so may go for some VTS wheels if i can find some in good enough condition, they wont be painted black though like every one seems to do lol

Here is a pic of it in its current state, comments and advice welcome

Like I said, cant really afford the wheels I want yet, but had a couple spares and a few spray paints laying around, and with a little inspiration from some wheels I found on banded steelies.com i came up with these..... let me know what you all think, so I know if its worth getting another two to spray!

Just imagine it looooow!
Thoughts please....

Right since I last updated I have been to see Kris B who lowered it for me...thanks kris! (definately recommend if you need your cars lowered, good guy, great price!)

this is how it looks now...

Fronts are adjustable, plan to make it just a little lower

I have also bought a couple bits for under the bonnet, got a sparco strut brace and an induction kit (just a cheapy off ebay but thought it looked ok) at the weekend I plan to give it a good clean under there and hopefully spray my rocker cover...

Over the last couple of days my exhaust has been slowly dieing on me..

so i have just ordered a sportex cat back system hopefully will be here by the weekend!

Still undecided on the white and blue wheels, any more opinions on them? will try to get a pick up of them now its lowered
