Default Carburetters

Good Morning wonderful people of Sax-P,

Some of you may have seen my previous post regarding my brohters rubbish chinese bike.

Well as an update, it now has new throttle cables and will run. However when turning past 1/4 throttle the engine bogs down and will rev lower with no power, when holding below this the bike will rev to a constant and have power, when on wide open throttle (WOT) the bike loses all power and severly bogs down.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to resolving this problem?

I am thinking it is the carburettor settings, as the accelerator pump is now connected and may be set wrong. Any help/ideas/suggestions will be appreciated.
& of course banter is excpected
