Default Floor pan rotten - worth repairing?

Well i had a poblem with what i thought was my rear beam but today i got under the car to have a proper look at it and the beam has come up through the floor pan the arches are rotten and the floor pan in the boot is basically free floating now how much would it cost to get it all welded. Is it even worth welding?

got some pics will upload soon, basically because the arches had come away from the floor pan, where the rear beam attaches has kind of folded in on itself.
