Default Track influenced iTb Rallye *NEW PARTS*

Hi there, this is my first post/thread so things are sure to go wrong lol. After crashing my clio and not driving for 4 months i thought it was time to buy myself something quicker and a lot more appealing. I picked up a Silver VTR MK2, it has done 90,000 which is kind a lot tbh, but it runs perfect!

I do have a few little mods i want to do, but everythings on hold till summer and my holidays have been paid for. I will be getting an aftermarket exhaust system including manifold, maybe 106 GTI interior, a toad alarm, and just some other bits and pieces inside.

Spec Sheet as of 12/09/2011

Engine
307 TU5JP4 Engine
Newman PH3 Camshafts
Standard J4 head Internals
GSXR1000 throttle bodies
Predator ECU
Raceland wrapped manifold
Spoox competition engine mounts

Transmission
AX GT Gearbox
Standard driveshafts
Kam racing linkages
Combrake quickshift

Suspension
Standard dampers
Spax -40mm springs
Polybushed front ARB
Standard torsion bars
Standard rear ARB

Chassis
406 V6 Brembo brakes
16" OZ Supertourismo Black alloys

TO DO LIST
Gaz Coilovers
23mm Bars
25mm ARB
Full roll cage
Satchshift
Cobra Evolution pro or Corbeau Revolution Kevlar bucket seats
Plain black 4 point harnesses
Polybush everything

How the car looks at the moment..

And the Rallye...

Any comments are welcome, hope you like it.
Matt.

Nothing big but went for my MOT saturday to only find it failed on suspension. The bloke i bought it off told me it was lowered correctly and everything but obviously it wasnt causing me to fork out for a new rear beam. So being sorted asap. I think i might raise it up to 40 all round maybe, what do you all think, as i love the height?

very nice car indeed well if you are keeping them wheels 40mm wouldnt look too bad, and it apprently handles better at 40mm all round

As its been nice weather all day, went outside to do little bits and bobs to the car as its just passed its MOT. Rear beam was so dangerous so luckily it was noticed now rather than later! Ive smoked my lights and dewipered. Didnt take many photos as she needs a clean the dirty b*tch lol heres the pics:

After a few weeks of mot problems with suspension etc, I had to go back to standard height, now I hate this so much! But I will be buying coilovers as soon as I have the money. I cleaned it today and thought i would take a few photos of her while she is clean. I think when I do have her lowered she will be going down about 35mm maybe 40mm. What do you people think? Thanks!
