Default Battery light on??? And drivers airbag, everynow and again????

Hi everyone, I just bought my dream car of 7 years a saxo VTS (03 plate) so happy! However I was going home and hit a bumpy section of road and the drivers airbag light came on, the next day as I was leaving work the engine struggled to start properly, it came on but stalled straight away second time round it did start, but it did it again at a petrol station...embarrassing!, then as I was driving home the battery light came on, I'm now wondering will the car have any power when I wake up? And what is causing it? I've read a few similar posts in various places, seems to be alot to choose from, also are these just common saxo issues, I've only owned a 1.1 desire previous to this one,( I have owned many other cars though, ins was suddenly affordable this year on the VTS! Woopety!)

Battery light usually come's on when the alternator is on it's way out.

Get a free battery/alternator test at halfrauds.. And buy which ever one is at fault..

Air bag light is simply a orange clip under each front seat.

With your alternator you could try cleaning up the connections to it.

Ok nice one, when I moved the seat back, found the wires, connected again, light off! Battery's still being gay, my dad of all people the legend he is reckons it's just a loose connection! Though he has been wrong before! Battery's still charged, and it hasn't done any funny starts, halfrauds here I come!
