Default How low to fit 8.5j /14" wheels

Been havering a measure up and I don't think the banded steelies are going to go on the saxo at the rear at the moment.

They are 14 " in diameter and 8.5" wide with 195/45 tyres. The saxo is lowered 100mm at the back and 70mm at the front. The tyres on the vtr wheels sit about 2cm under the arches which are 55mm profile.

Anyone tried fitting similar sizes wheels? Thinking of getting it raised 20-30mm at the back, but maybe it needs to be more?. If someone has tried it before or knows what ride height the wheels will be ok help would be much appreciated, cheers.

Even if the wheels fit I think you should raise the rear 30mm, reverse rake sucks.

From a rough guess, depending on offset, I think they'd fit with the rear at 60mm. Although you'll probably be scrubbing arch and sidewall on bumps/dips in the road.
