Does anyone know if the saxo master cylinder is 50 50 split?

Also worth noting however is (iirc) the port(s) furthest away from the servo should be used for the front brakes, with the ports towards the servo for the rears. IIRC, it's because of the size of the reservoir "section" in the actual reservoir. Double check that, but I think that's the way round it is. One part of the reservoir is definitely larger than the other though.
