Dead feet after sitting down to long
Its been a while now, and I thought I might try and see if anyone has this problem.
I've searched google and found no helpful advice.
When I go toilet (shit) or sit watching TV, my feet will go dead, as if they have pins and needles, and its painful to move them for a few minutes. It happens everytime.
Does anyone else suffer from this or know what it could be?
Regards

If your leaning on you knees/tops of your legs you'll be restricting the blood flow to your feet
If your not leaning the you may have high cholesterol or blood pressure problems

I use to get this so much I went to the docs. Drink more water eat foods with high vitamins and potassium and try to eat/ drink healthier and exersize more. If that doesn't help go see the quacks for a general check up.

As above it's probably caused by a shit diet
Only way to check blood pressure and cholesterol would be to go to the doctors or hospital

I'll have a look at my diet, I never had any issues until I started living away from home, and I dont drink as much fluid anymore.
I'm 5'9, about 11st, so not overweight.
I do running three times a week, and go gym on weekends.

Straining to squeeze your turds through so hard that your asshole goes numb and the sensation runs down your leg?
I get this if I lean on my knees

It will just be from blocking blood supply. It's normal and you will be fine.
