Default recipes for snacks

bit of a long shot/random one
but im looking for recipes for things that I can make for snacks, preferably low cal/carbs and high protein.

i've been googling, looking on forums and youtube-ing but most seem to be american and the ingredients seem almost impossible to find in the uk, or they dont have any macros with them at all.
theres some yummy looking protein muffins, brownies etc ive seen, but I cant find many UK recipes WITH macros,
thought it might be worth asking on here if anyone knew of any tried and tested recipes?

Theres a few meal ideas here, low carb brownies in there which may be what your after

EDIT: These are low carb /high protein / high fat ... but very useful if you're on a low carb diet plan as foods like that will promote fat loss

They obviously don't taste as nice as normal brownies due to the limited carbs... worth a try though!!

I covered mine in double cream though so they where a bit tastier and not dry..

I was on a keto diet so if your diet plan is strictly protein and reduced carbs/fat it's not of much use!

But i'd suggest adopting a more keto style diet anyway with approx. 60% fat and 40% protein in your diet!!

If you're doing a lot of exercise (such as insanity) that you appear to be doing, you will have better energy levels than if you're on strictly protein.. But if you're not exercising regularly then this isn't a useful diet...

AND

You will promote you're body to use your existing fat stores as energy, this can shift stubborn fat that other diets simply can't do!! Obviously you're not bodybuilding, but this prevents burning muscle which is created by high protein diets...

You might find you have a better definition if you don't cause muscle wastage

It's very scary I admit, you think theres no way I can eat all this fat and lose weight, but aslong as you stay clear of carbs it works very very well

Don't know about low calorie but I love this as a treat:

Oats
Peanut butter
Honey
Chocolate
Whey protein

Melt chocolate, stir in peanut butter, whey and honey (or golden syrup) to taste. Mix with oats. Let it set. Done.

Lush.

When I was cutting I didn't have snacks. My meals felt like snacks at times

Drink ice cold water, lots of it. I was on 8litres a day. Helped with my hunger but couldn't go far from a toilet ha.
