Same happened to mine earlier this week. Check the feeds in the multi plug behind them.

Mine are all working fine just the clocks are fucked.

if it doesnt turn out to be the plug behind the dash, check the earths inside the engine bay, and disconnect the battery for a few mins

disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then reconnect. Sorted.

Had this happen years ago a few times on my car - Peugeot told me it's part of the diags when it throws up a fault code (although some times it doesnt even show the EML) that it locks the needles at the position of the time of the fault. Not sure on the truth behind that but the disconnecting of the battery works anyway

wouldnt disconnecting the battery just be resetting the ecu?
ive done dionosticks on it and it came up with 4 faults (all engine related) but now three are total gone (just need a good drive lol) but im stuck with one which always comes back fault on air temp sesnor.

Ill check all the grounds in the morring and the back of the clocks to

looks like when i had all the faults my clocks locked up (the faults was due to the car standing for a while but now im only left with one which is the intake temp sensor)
