When changing the fuel filter Haynes say to get special clamps for the hoses. Can't fine these clamps anywhere so what do you guys recommend I shud do?

Tie wraps do the trick the clips which hold the fuel filter in are wank anyway and jus snap when you touch them.

Nah I meant for the hoses going in/out the filter. I presume whe you take the hoses off the filter fuel may leak out....and it basically to clamp each hose shut so that can't happen.

Cheerz for the info though....be more warey of them now.

The hoses sorry my mistake !!!

You just press in the 2 coloured clips on the side of the pipe then pull.

When re-fitting make sure they click in as when the pressure builds up in the line it will blow the hose off (as i discovered racing off the lights LOL i looked such a twat)

So there's not much issue with fuel coming out then? Don't mind losing a bit but don't want it pouring out LOL
