Check the water lines . They could be clogged or have split maybe.
Also check the motor. The lines could have poped off . Or you could be getting ready for a new motor. Not expensive

i've got that problem but i'm not getting water out the rear washer jet either. can you still hear the noise on the water pump? it most prob gonna be your washer pump. easy to fix to and you can get the part on ebay for about £6. hope this helps!

sounds like the pump this happened on my run about was a MOT fail was a five minute job and cost less then a tenner from autofactors

if i remember right its on the drivers side right at the front between the bumper and the washer bottle. The only thing is there are 3 different types so make sure you get the right one but you litterally pull the hoses off pull it out the washer tank and same to replace just in reverse .

I got absolutely soaked

possibly a split in the hose or even the bottle itself if you've just had water in it and no screenwash to stop it freezing

if the pump is creating bubbles then its shooting something through however still doesnt mean that it isnt faulty, if anything drop yourself down the scrapyard and pick one up for a couple of quid. I had the same problem, the washer pump f00ked. However when you rip them out, beware i got fucking drenched.
