Foglights (Rep Avail)
Trying to fit a pair of Foglights into my 1.1i Saxo... Got the loom and everything but when I plug them in there is no power in them...
Can anyone help me please? Rep available...

have you checked that there is power in the loom? how have you wired them up, as if I'm right theres not an original loom for fogs on a 1.1? have you checked the fuses?
you say plug them in could you be a bit more specific with how you have done this?

1.1s dont have fogs so i doubt they have the right wiring for the fogs, even if there is a plug there
nothing else i can suggest really

My 1.1i Desire has fogs, and my mates. Think it's only the Desire range though on 1.1i engines.

when i put foglights on my 1.1, i bought a foglight wiring kit from halfords made my ring. You connect it upto a relay and put a switch on your dash board and controll them from there. HOWEVER each fog needs a negative feed from the battery which the instrctions did not state so that could be your problem buddy try running a wire from the back of the fog to the - on the battery.
If you want to test them to see if they are working. Use a piece of wire from + and - on battery to the connector on a foglight and see if it lights up!
