anyone used them? rather than paying the price asked for the likes of spal and pacet, are the cheap £20 jobbies any good?

They work fine mate they just don't have as much Rpm so the cooling isn't as rapid.
I went from a metal mk1 fan on mine to 2 slimline ebay fans back to the mk2 standard fan. The ebay ones make too much noise for me.

I dunno but to me, its a bit like spending a shed load on a decent motor build to run it on asdas 20/50oil.
Its one of the most important bits in keeping your engine from melting. Its not worth skimping on.
Ive a 20+ year old kenlowe here and its perfect. But the spal and pacets i have are a bit more modern/efficient.

I've used one, worked allright, not as good as o.e fans if I'm truely honest, best going for a proper spal one, mine sometimes told me it was overheating butt.. My thermostat was playing up now nd again so unsure if that was the cause, but reckon it was due to it would suddenly drop back down and not the fans cause
