Highly unlikely that technical drawings would be available, not unless someone at PSA or a supplier broke their confidentiality agreement.

Depending on what you wanted, you could reverse engineer the components you need, there are plenty of companies that will scan and create a .igs file of the component which you can import into any CAD software.

you will find dimensions+ drawings of all the important internal engine components and tolerances in the citroen TU engine rebuild manual.

yr510cw like my company we reverse engineer a lot of things and components.
