Looks ok, but yeah a clay bar, some good polish and some tyre black would make a big difference.

do meg's step 1 & 2, then instead of waxing your car, get some AG extra gloss protection and put a few layers of that on instead. it will enhance shine and depth better than wax for silver cars. or you could order PB's range, i think its the blackfire or werkstad acryllic range.

the colour restorer tends to kill the colour of ya car!
i was using the black stuff and i never realised i had a gold glitter effect to my paint, the moment i started using auto glym it looked soooooooo much better!
try using tcut wax every now and again instead of the restorer and a good polish

If money and time are tight, Jeffs Werkstatt Prime Acrylic would be a safe bet - it's a true one step version of the full acrylic system, and easy enough to use by hand (just keep a sprayer of water handy to spritz the residue to make it easier to buff off. This product is immense on silver and will correct the dullness in your paint. Comes in at ~£20 delivered, but best to add on a decent german applicator pad and super thick n plush buffing towel, so more like ~£27 to get the job done.
