Default vts lowering

Now i no this question has been asked loads, but im after a suspension kit to lower my vts 30-40mm im not rich so on a budget of a couple of hundred ideally.. Ive heard good things about the apex kits but what I dont get is how they lower the lighter smaller engined saxos more than the heavy 1.6s... So if anyones got any ideas or an opinion on what i should get id be greatfull

I don't know why it got changed, but the 35mm springs you'll be happy with. I've fitted enough of them, and adjusted enough torsion bars
