To your answer, I didn't unplug the immobiliser.

But the loom and ecu has been off the car before when engine came out for rebuild?

When we did that it wouldn't run, it would start then die after 3seconds.
But we put code reader on there cleared like 20 errors and it run.

But now I got nothing spark or fuel but all relays have power.

could be, i would of thought the key light would of been flashing tho, if you have locked the ecu you can only really get the ecu sent of to somewhere like bluehawk electronics for them to completely remove the secruity. before you deem that the issue tho i would go through all the other bits like the earths, all the earths, the earth strap from battery to chassis and gearbox proper sand them back to bare metal

If the key light isn't flashing it's not the immobiliser that's the problem.

If the immobiliser was locked the correct key and ignition barrel transponder would unlock it.

Fuel pump still primes and starter motor turns when immobilised, it only cuts the ignition and fuel injectors.
