Default Exhaust Hanger Backbox Help needed

So after fiding my back box not sitting smooth come to doing an inspection of it and found one of the hangers that is on it seems to be cracked.

Can this be taken off and replaced and re welded to the car so that my back box is secure on both sides?

Can this be re done and changed or can I get one that screws in somewhere like aftermarket so that in future if anything needs changing will be a simple change.

Nope all you can do is find another hanger grind the old one off, then weld on a new one.if the hanger was threaded it would eventually twist off due to vibration.

That is what I don't get the opposite side is threaded and can be taken off and new put on and theirs one that is welded on to car and then one that is bolt on so have 2 on opposite side and the one on this side with the problems is welded.

Any idea how much it costs to get new plate and one put on?
