Default saxo power steering

hi can anyone help me with this queries,,i have been having problems with my power steering, most of the time the problems sort itself out ,I checked the fluid levels , and the relay and they seems to be ok .Also the heater and radio are working ok so no problem with the ignition key area. During the recent flooding I went through some water and now the power steering is not working at all, furthermore the central locking system has also stop working at the same time. I checked the fuses and no problem there
I would appreciate any help or advise
cheers
Fredy

id start by pulling all the plugs connected to the power steering and checking everything is dry to start with if you've driven through a flood

Check your two power steering relays, grey one in engine bay below fuse boxes.
and the orange relay above the fuse box in the car, this does heaters and steering.
