Default Overfueling HELP Please

Hi all, I have a W Reg Saxo Furio, KFX Engine with single plug ECU, it failed the MOT on emissions, garage said it was Lambda or Headgasket, so I did both, and still the same, the parts that have been replaced so far seem rediculous considering it has not changed

Lambda
CAT
Headgasket (water pump, belt & tensioner)
Throttle position switch
MAP Sensor
Thermostat Temp Sensor
Fuel Injectors
Fuel Regulator

it uses alot of fuel, spark pluggs sooting uo and since changing the map sensor it runs rough and stalls,
I cant give up on this, Im determind to fix it, anyone had similar or have any advice apart from petrol and matches lol

I've been through the same with my 106. I've just went and bought another ECU as it and the headgasket are the only things that haven't been replaced. Hopefully it'll arrive today, I'll update you on how I get on.

if the head gasket leak is bad enough then anti freeze will contaminate the lambda. If i were you id get some diagnostics run on the car, im surprised the garage doing the MOT havent offered this service if they are actually a garage and not just an MOT station?

Yes new lambda at same time as Headgasket, but only stalls out on new MAP sensor & over fuels, old map sensor runs ok but over fuels

Mine was running rough & when the plugs were taken out they were very sooty, it appears that TPS wasn't connected corerctly

Connect a scan tool and look at live data. Look at manifold pressure and ignition advance at idle and fast idle. Also look at lambda short and long term trims.
Disconnect the MAP sensor and see how that affects it. See if it runs better.
If it was a cheap MAP sensor that you fitted it is very likely not calibrated properly so your old one is probably better anyway.
If the cam timing is out it will increase the manifold pressure (less vacuum) and that makes the ECU think it is under more load than it really is, so it adds more fuel reduces ignition advance.
