Brake calipers

Ok ive read the how to guide on painting Brake calipers, although its not 100% clear on if you can just use norm paint with lots of layers of primer and paint?

Any 1 else used norm paint ne good?

As the proper claiper paint is 28 quid by me!!

i would of thought u have to use the proper caliper paint mate i dunno if its a heat proof paint or not? im not 100% but u can either spend a tenner and get a decent lookin job to hav it flaking off a week later or just spend the 28 quid and hav it lookin the nuts ure choice mate........ i know wot i would do though, halfords sell it quite cheap

brakes get very hot when you brake so take paint that is heat proof

How I can get those other guides to work? Fitting large alloys and those. It says that I'm not premium member or something
