Default Rough cost?

Hi all, as a 17 year old lad im not too much in the know when it comes to reasonable prices from garages.

I was just checking on how much roughly it should cost to fit a suspension kit when i get one, also how long does it take and would they be able to fit an exhaust system in the same day?

Any help would be much appreciated, also some recommendations for garages and kits aswell would be much appreciated.

I want a mk2 VTR and for it to be dropped 50mm or 60mm havent yet decided. Thanks again!

Probably cost you around £175 - 200 for suspension fitting and I had my Magnex fitted for £30.

Thats not too bad, although i would still have to buy the kit. I plan on keeping the car for about 3 years maybe so would it be a good idea to go for the kit or just lower it on springs? If so, which springs?

Did you get your magnex fitted the same time as lowering, as in the same garage and day?

how low and what budget you got for kit

i got mine lowered for 100 that was just springs and torsion bar though and a couple of yeras ago

mine took about 3 hours to lower mine

so should have plenty of time to fit exhaust

also depends if the torsion bar is seized or not if its free its straight forward if not it can be a right pain

where are you from

it might e worth looking in your regions thread and asking them about garages

make sure its done the proper way to (not by the splines)

i have puma springs which are cheap of cheap (£31)

theres a guide on ehre print that off and show the garage what to do or do it yourself its not to hard
