Centre Silencer Hitting Off Heat Shield
What the fuck can i do? had the car lowered and manifold fitted, the exhaust system is now pulled to the left a bit!
what can i do? tried tiwsting the centre pipe after the cat a bit etc and still wedged up against it
The cat doesnt hit just the centre section! Take it off and beat it to a pulp? or waste more money and get new centre section without silencer?

it is nice and new, would have to be one with out the silencer though.
Could we not heat the manifold or pipe leading to the cat and bend it?

yeah was fitted by garage who fitted it to the previous owner, they had to re drill the holes or something to get it on, only pulls to the left slightly, might just be cos missing screw from heat shield but would still just hit it even if was firmily screwed in.
Would it be ok to take heat shields off?

Right.... took heat shields off!
no difference! the bracket lower down teh manifold could do with the welds being cut off, tilted ever so slightly and re welded!
Going back to manic motors and he is going to have a look at it, doubt they will do what i have just stated but i think thats what should happen!
Or can you heat the manifold up and bend it?
