Potn Again!
Right, i first off ordered from potn before i'd read all the bad reviews of them so thats the first reason i used them, the second is because they where cheaper.
Anyway, i ordered a spax vsx on the 25th feb and it was all confirmed and was told 3rd march at the very latest, 3rd of march no debit to my account and no suspension, so i phoned and said where is my suspension and they said, oh sorry but we forgot to tell you its out of stock till the end of march but you can upgrade to the psx kit for £50, so i did and all together with postage it cost me £215, considering demon tweaks is £300ish without postage, i thought bargain.
That i was told i would have by the 17th march at the very latest due to being done on a made to order basis, 17th came and no kit but my account has had the money withdrawn, but i was told it WOULDN'T come out until the order is ready for shipping.
I still have no suspension kit and have been told that i should have it by the 30th march.
I'm sure they can't sell and debit my account for something that isn't in stock and that there is some legislation i can use against them but i'm just getting p*ssed off now.
Sorry for the ramblings and ANOTHER potn are crap thread, but it has to be said.

Yeah theyve been doing this a lot i think, although its actually SPAX who are having the big issues with production cus of high demand, potn are their main distributor.
Technically what thheyve done is illigal i think, but thats internet companies really they can screw you over easily, just gon ahev to keep waiting mate. Ive had it with loads of internet companies before its gay.
N i think i saw you yesterday, about 5.20 at the cross roads next to brent knoll

As Ben said, its mainly on thier spax products. POTN arent really a bad company at all, this problem with spax n potn has been raging on for the best fart of 7 months now.
Best of luck sorting it, but your probably best requesting a refund and going elsewhere or waiting.

yeah, i think spax have had troubles coping with all the orders and so many people have upgraded too.
today they phoned spax and spax said they are just waiting on the bodies for the front shocks and that they will be ready for shipment on the 27th.

yeh but i could bet you £20 that you won't get it when they say you will, ring them on the 27th and ask if they are sending it out soon, they will more than likely say yes. You ring 2 or 3 days later, o sorry your items not in stock till end of April, this will then carry on for about 5 months before you get it!
