French Style Number Plates
my mate is after some French Style Number Plates but he cant find anywhere, so i thought i would ask on here as im sure some of u guys has them,

i got mine off 106 owners site. 25 deliverd. Putting them on my car when it comes out of bodyshop. Will post pics if you need.

are these not illegal? i.e having a french looking plate but with an english registration?

Ive got pressed plates with french writing and the F badge. But english spacing. Doubt ill get any attention from police to be honest. As look more or less english font n that. Police are only really botherd about dodgy fonts where cant read very well. Or might pick on you if they just looking for a reason to stop n check you.

They are legal. Do a search and this has been covered many times before.
To make others aware, I've even had confirmation from the police that they're ok as well as from Citroen (if they were picked up during the MOT). They've all said they're acceptable.
But yes... I arranged a group buy from Dubmeister. We too got them for £25 delivered. I was under the impression Dubmeister were re-designing their website to accommodate the F banding but it appears they haven't done that (yet). It's easier to call them and do it all over the phone.
