Default Anyone found CHEAP CAR INSURANCE??

I'm 23, got four years no claims bonus and am driving an unmodified Saxo VTR. I paid 500 pound last year for third party fire and theft and this year the company I'm with have offered me a quote for 600 pound (More than last year!!!) I want to tell them where to stick it but am struggling to find cheaper.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated guys...

Try Bell. I was with them last year and I paid £389 fully comp with 3yrs NCB and mods declared at 20yrs old. I'm with Diamond now and pay £381 fully comp all mods declared and my 4 yrs NCB protected at 21yrs old and with my b/f as named driver who has 7 points. I've heard they insure men too

Ouch thats alot for a 1.1!!!

My first quote on my first car (Fiesta 1.1) was 1500. My VTR was (at 18 with 1 years NCB) about 1600 and then this year (2 years NCB) its around 1100.

Anyway on topic, I'm with Swinton and used to use Quinn. My mate has a S2 Rallye at 19 with 3 points and 0 NCB for 750 I think. Might be worth looking at Quinn

My insurance has never gone up. Play a few companies off against one another to see if they'll beat quotes. Just do a day of ringing around

Probably the best advice you can get above.

Theres no way to say which insurance companies will be cheap for you because insurance is measured on more than 15 different factors. £600 TPFT does seem high thou. Mine is £900 fully comp on a 1.4 furio, 19 Years Old, Zero no Claims.

As already said ring round as many as possible and play them off against each other. Try www.moneysupermarket.com and www.confused.com. Adrian Flux are cheap if you match thier required criteria. Have also heard that Tesco, Quinn Direct, Bell and BrentAcre provide some cheap quotes. Again it will depend on your circumstances.

I have used Adrian Flux, Asda (Stay Away, total crap), Quinn and Norwhich Union and have never paid more than £1100 and bearing in mind i am under 21 with zero no claims.
