Default Meguiars scratch X

Hey,

I used this today on my bonnet and side pannel today, 2 coats + polish and it didn't make that much of a difference, am i doing something wrong? I tryed by hand then used a polisher ( halfords battery one ).

Thanks.

How deep are the scratches though?

I got my Dad some as he has them on his bonnet and it didn't get rid of them because they were too deep. I'd maybe try T-Cut mate, I heard it's better.

I have loads, could do with a respreay on some parts tbh, or a new bonnet.... on my side pannel i have lots of small ones ( doesn't catch your finger nail) but didn't remove any of them! I need to invest in a PC but there is so much i want/need for my car atm!

Give t-cut a try, but if that don't work I'm not sure.

I'd say get your paintwork sorted as soon as you can though.

yeah, any deep scratches are gonna need some serious work using a pc, or maybe even need sanding and repraying
