Default vw wipers

has anybody noticed the new style wipers that are appearing on some cars now. for example, new BMW's, VW's

instead of having a rubber blade attached to a metal arm, it looks like the whole thing is made of rubber.
i think they look a lot smoother than the metal arms.

do you think, (or has anybody tried it) they would fit a saxo if they were a small enough size?

lol i had no idea that they were available like that

i've been meaning to ask on here for ages, and kept forgeting.

for £20, they are a bargain - as long as they work as good as they look.

the theory of them that is explained on the ebay listing, suggests they should work well.

its whether or not they are cheap imitations, made of cheap rubber, that smeer and are generally crap.

the bosch ones i have on at the moment are excellent. but they weren't cheap.
thats my only concern with them. ah well, probably worth a go...

i know the mazdas and new grande punto's have them but i think you may need to buy the full wiper arms and blades and attach them onto your wiper linkage because the blades clip on different to the standard ones
