Hey well i am new to these forums, so hey.
Anyways, I am 16 at the moment and have a 50cc scooter lol, but I am looking to buy a saxo I was wondering how much do you think the insurance would be for me (fully comp) on the different models e.g. VTR/GTI/Standard 1.1 etc.
Thanks

Hey there
Go for the 1.4 westcoast if u can get 1, as it it has the looks of the vtr/s, but not the same insurance.
Ure best bet is to phone around the insurance companies and get some quotes. As prices change every month.

Well mate, there isn't much to look for when pur-chasing a saxo, do the oil checks, and oil cap check for any whitish residue, then listen to the engine, any knocking is normally bad, check there is no loud noises coming from a standard box as it could have a hole in it. Listen to the engine when you depress the clutch, does it change the sound of it, kinda like a grinding when you lift the clutch, THRUST baring is a bitch to replace and costly.
I'm 24 and am renewing mine for 532 next week with tesco. CIS (part of the coop) is good for youngsters.
try it, you might like it.
