You tried turning your phone off and back on?
Call orange from a landline to see if they are having problems.

erm, if orange are having signal problems.. maybe they wont have enough signal to receive calls.....

just a random question, but see people that are experiencing trouble, are you all from england? cause all the people i know in scotland with orange arent having problems, maybe your arials or something down there?

Signal on my orange phone is full, but my vodafone one seems to be having problems. Always seems to be when its raining here though
