Power steering...
Is there a fuse for this?
Basically i want to see what its like without it... the car doesn't seem 'right' when driving, the steering seems really really easy to move...
I wouldn't mind taking the fuse out, and seeing what its like without it..
If its good, and i don't have a problem parking, i'm contemplating removing it full stop... 'go faster ' lol
David

The heated rear screen does work.
Not very well though...
Might aswell take the fuse out, i can't see jack from the rear window anyway, as i have no wiper...
Want it tinted too, so a rear window heater won't be any use then, it'll wreck the tints! lol...
Might take it out later and see if i can actually park with no PAS haha...
Be fun!
Cheers

yeah could be a dodgy fuse or the wrong one
could also be the actual pas pump on the way out, tap it with a hammer it sometimes kickstarts it, if not either take it off strip it replace or clean up the parts or you can buy a new one

Took the fuse out today...
OH MY GOD!
I got round the corner and put it back in!
Driving a PAS Car, with it disabled, is much much worse than driving a non PAS car!
Even at 25MPH the steering was soooo heavy - would be a good way to get fit though! lol

The pump on mine has completely broke, know what you mean, parkings a pain in the arse, and anything below 15 mph is a atruggle to turn

lol yeah...
Not having PAS wouldn't bother me, its just harder having it not working, than not having it at all! what a crock of shit...
I suppose its cos you're forcing the pump to work when it doesn't actually work if that makes sense?
No idea!
Otherwise i'd just rip it out and be done with it, but i can't drive it like that lol..
