on sat morning i recieved a letter from the ARA (amateur rowing association) and basically ive been short listed for the world class potential program and have to go along for an assesment day in september where there going to look at my lung capacity, arm span etc.
well chuffed with this as im not even a rower. only thing is i was diagnosed with diabetes in febuary so thats going to be a slut, also meant i had to take months off sport.

anyway just thought id spread my happyness

I got asked to do this I think 4 years ago now, people came to our school short listed the best and we went on for more tests. Its tough..
