catcam 708s are 16v cams.

i Recon you will see around 120-125 could get a good gain from a port and polish with them mods as well as the cams and remap

Yeah thanks, im on the site now.. So it seems to be 125-135... if i got the mods done and the port and polish would this gain much more???
Also, for practicality reasons will the mods decrease the reliability or the life of the car?
Its done 90k full service history by shitreon themselves and in excellent condition
Cheers

was just going to say the same thing as Ryan! but you beat me to it!
Piper 285 seems a popular choice with VTR's

If its in excellent condition these mods wouldnt affect anything i think?
Cams and the other mods would help towards these factors surely as they mean that the engine can be run harder

The engine will be working harder but they like most engines are over engineered so shouldn't be a problem..

I know of an RR proved VTR, with 142bhp with cams & remap, had some breathing mods but no head work!.
