So i went to my local Euro Car part and brought a gasket for a 106 rallye/xsi and it fitted onto the centre section but it wouldnt fit into my manifold wat going on???? has anyone fitted a supersprint *race* centre section onto a raceland 4-2-1 manifold if so wat gasket did u use???

when i fitted mine i bought a new gasket like you have and then really pushed the two parts together and used some exhaust paste to make sure it was air tight. you could always go to an exhaust center and get them to do it for you. it shouldnt cost too much - £15ish.

edit - the gasket i used was just a standard one for a 106/saxo.

i've fitted the centre section on a vtr with standard manifold. i had a vts dougnut lyin around i just cut a small section out of it to make it fit the smaller manifold. i used a set of mole grips to hold the to to sections together while putting the bolts in. the problem with these centre sections are they are designed for the 16v or larger exhaust diameters. good luck with fitting.
