buying a new tv help

before someone just says search forum i have and there isnt alot to do with it.

i want a hd tv to get the most out of my xbox 360, i always thought i had a 34 inch tv as it seems perfect size and big, not plasma about 3 year old but i measured from corner to corner and its only 30" must be the size of the outside and coz its silver that makes it look bigger, because when i looked at 32" tvs they didnt look that big, but hopefully the 32" does mean from corner of the screen it self to the other corner?

any ways anyone know where to get a good hd tv 32" from, looking to spend no more than 500TOP would prefer 450 range found a few on ebay lgs and samsungs not to many in comet n currys find them crap unless you want a bigger size. how does you know whats the best out of 2, whats the main stats, i want lcd as iv read plasma just burns out more prone to problems and lcd is cheaper

if you want a 32 then lcd you want anyway. any bigger then you want plasma.

id just scour the shops till you find one you like than search on the net for it.

Best makes to go for would be Panasonic and Samsung. LG are good aswell.
