Big Mouth Help!
I have now decided to keep the saxo and get it looking better than ever. My next door neighbour has offered to give me a free vtr front bumper. So i thought its an ideal chance to have a go at making a big mouth out of the bottom slats. IM just wondering if anyone else has done this themselves? and if so what materials did you use to cover the holes where the slats were?
Any pictures or notes would be appreciated and repped

ive seen bumpers with a pro-comp big mouth in place, whether you can still get these i do not know but they look cool, i'll have a look for some pics

ah right i see, sorry mate
i wouldn't know how to do it for definate but im guessing you could just back the holes off by sticking a bit of plastic or tape underneath them and them fill them up with some bodywork filler, sand it down and paint

hessle done it, and im sure he doesnt mind me sayin it was awful lol nah it wasnt too bad, but he had it flush, it would be very hard to do it like mine and baz' yourself fibre glass and filler everywhere

probly around £20 plus paint. you could do it cheaper if you could get smaller quantities of fibreglass and filler as you dont need much at all.
