SIA Security
Hey. Just thought id ask you guys,
Any of you guys got your SIA badge, people working in security etc. I'm going to be doing alot more part time security work now, but you cant really do anything interesting without having SIA.
Just thought id ask how hard it is, and what the exam and training consists of.

I am a bouncer and have a SIA lisence as a Door supervisor, I did my lisense over 3 satrudays and most of it was common knowledge like knowing fire precedures, and it was questions like
who is more agressive
man A) pounding his fists and stamping about
Man B) sat down reading a paper
the only things that were hard in the exam is learning the differnt LAW acts and the years they were written. just dont apply if you have a criminal record or the SIA normally stop u getting a lisense if u do

luckily i have no criminal record so that shouldnt be a problem!
18 in 2 or so months and will have to look into it alot more then
