Default Cat and centre section

My cat slit right on the join of the pipe section at the from .... Anyhow I tried filling it with putty but in the end it snapped and the centre section is wrecked.

Do you think I would be able to get the cat welded up ? Or is it game over

Same thing happened to me other day, pipe had snapped and split upwards.

New one with fitting costing me around 130 - Make sure you keep the cat though if you cant weld it. Worth 10-20 at a scrappy apparently.
