Does this mean my hosing should be 70mm piping then the length i require?

Bought a Rip speed incution and got that shitty aliminium Ducting and it's that wank it split first day, lmao looking for Better hosing for the Whole intake but i don't want the ali crap... i've found some but says on the Box that Fits up from 70mm thats all it says (Halfords shit information) but need to know if i need 70mm Intake pipe...
