Get a recording program that records part of your screen.
Put in google "camtasia studio" i think that is it, failing that you could try "Fraps" but i think thats for games.

It is possible.. but probably some copyright law or something that forbids you.
Camtasia studio.. you select what part of the screen to record.. using the mouse. Its designed for recording games and that, but you could use it to record youtube videos

your best bet would be real player, install it ans the the video is playing real player give u the option of downloading it
