The Female stig should be that Shmitz women from Germany who lives at the Nurburgring, the one on top gear with the Transit.

tsk, old news!
Perry let slip that he was the stig, they killed him off and replaced him.
Ben Colins is the current Stig, he's opn the pay role as a consultant. Other people are used however for specific things, like driving F1 cars when generally a teams test driver will don the white helmet!
